I actually for an inspection and my mind was to go for the one in odoagwa but after seeing the one the properties you have, I was so carried away and I was so happy to choose the one in Prosperity City, Egwi. All though if I have my way, I’ll still go for the one in Odoagwa because it’s at a good site, very fine. I am so satisfied. The land I bought for 700,000 is now 1,500,000, when I heard about the price increment, I started jumping because I know how fine that place is. It was worth it. Honestly, it is worth it because I know that anybody who buys it at 1,500,000 will not regret it. Come to Mr. Property and you will be happy you did and you will be so satisfied.

I bought a land from Mr Property and I’m here to collect my documents; deed of conveyance and survey plan, I heard about Mr Property through radio, and when I tuned in, there was a program; property/real estate, something like that. The next day I tuned in again and I heard of Mr Property Estate, telling people they have land and they should come and buy, it's not something they will buy, and regret it. My dear I was somehow scared and afraid because I thought it was a scam, you know people use real estate to scam people out there, so I thought it was a scam even people around me were like, these people are 419, they’re frauds, they can do and undo, they just need your money and that’s all. But I said let me try and I noticed that wow! these people are real, they’re not scammers, that’s just it. My encouragement to people is simple, zero your mind, come to Mr Property, and purchase a plot of land at Odoagwa

I just got to know about these properties about 2 weeks ago and I picked interest, I had to fly in from Lagos to Port Harcourt so I could see the place. That was on Saturday, I got this on Saturday.
